Guys, your thoughts please

Hi, guys
Wonder if you could have wee look at the build, it will be for gaming? Stuff like Arma 2 or 3 when out. I do not need mouse - keyboard or Monitor
This is replacement for my PC Specialist desktop 5 years old now. Which I have been very happy with. I will say that it’s very difficult decision, as I’ve looked at another company? And there spec is better getting, 240 SSD – 2TB Hard drive - 750PSU for £44 more.
But my gut is telling me to stay with PC Specialist..........
Thanks for your thoughts and advice.
Rob

Hi,
Your motherboard supports SLI but if you wish to add a 2nd Gtx 670 you will need to upgrade the psu.

Hi,

Will you be overclocking the CPU? You've gone with the k version of the chip and liquid cooling, which makes me think you are, but if you weren't these are things you could save on and use that to upgrade the PSU.

Hi, Guys

Keynes,,,,,,, the plan was not to have 2nd Gtx 670. So I could now change the motherboard, this will make it bit cheaper. Will have to check to see if there is one.

Frank100,,,,,, Yes I was going for the Overclocked I5. When I was using the computer Builder, it suggested that I downsize the PSU from the corsair 750TX to the 650TX. ?
which helped with my budget of £1200 approx

If you are not planning to SLI you could downgrade the motherboard to the P8Z77-V LX

Yes that would save me £45. I could upgrade the PSU to a 750TX for £17 would you recommend? also would that motherboard be ok if I wished to upgrade the GTX at a later date?

The motherboard will be fine if you wish to replace the graphics card but you won't have the option to SLI, you could upgrade the PSU but for the spec you posted I think 650w is plenty.

If you order the the review system 'The Vanquish Eclipse 670 MKII' for £999 then change spec once basic system ordered you could save at least £100 over a normal configuration method.

For your spec you should be fine with a 650w PSU and if you are not intending to overclock you could choose the i5-3570 +triple copper heatpipe.

For gaming is not really needed now, in the future? I can't be sure but most games are gpu dependant, the spec you posted is good for gaming.
