I have requested the RMA not tech support the reasons for this.
1) they keep going through logs telling me could be this causing the restart that or this and each time i try something i end up phoning back as it still does it.
2) the computer turns it self off and sometimes it will take a few tires or hours to get it back on as my CPU fan decieds it doesnt want to spin and my mobo will not allow my computer to boot if it doesnt detect the fan same with forcing it to turn off.
3) sometimes it won't even turn on after a 12 hour break because the CPU won't start but give it a few tries and BOOM it like my cpu says okay ill play for now.
Again I am sure given enough time / call /days we could of figured out the restart( could be a faulty ram) issue but the CPU fan havin mood swing i.e I will spin today or I won't I can't see a software soloution as to me it sounds like something is either blocking the power getting to it at times or the CPU faulty.
If it wasn't a big problem i wouldnt mind waiting for tech support to pin point the cause but because I can't even guarentee 20 mins on the computer I rather it be sent over and checked head to toe than looking at a few logs and guessing what the issue may be.
I can't fault PCS support but I rather they take a look and get the job done quicker. Than guessing and hoping from the logs. I mean if I had of requested the RMA that saturday it already be with you guys being tested and possibly on it way back soon but because I waited it will only be going tomorrw.
