headphone Jack stopped working

Hi, I got a vortex IV LE, it came yesterday. At first everything seemed fine, then earlier today the mouse pointer started spazzing out and jumping when I tried to move it. I called pcs and they got me a different driver and *so far* it seems to be working ok again.
Now my headphone Jack seems to have stopped working, it was fine last night, but now there is no sound through it. I am on the phone with pcs but they close in 6 mins and I have been on the call for 15 mins and they haven't answered yet, and I have a raid to go to in 10 mins and really need my headphone jack to be working. Please help! How do I fix this?

Update:

Pcspecialist tried everything they could think of and it didn't work, the suggestion was for me to reinstall windows, and if that doesn't work I'll have to send it back. Any other suggestions/drivers you can think of for me to try before reinstalling windows?
