Hi All,

Newbie here! My names Ollie and need some advice on purchasing a new PC!! My company is called Focus 1 Media and we specialise in pro wedding cinematography, im not going to go on about this - not after free advertising! ;)

Im looking for a PC + software that I can edit HDV footage on, must have plenty of disc space and not crash! Sounds a simple request, but im no PC expert :eek: Hopefully you guys can help!

With a 6 core processor and 8GB of RAM you'll be able to work with even the largest of file sizes with ease. I'm pretty sure that 2TB will be enough but if not more storage space can be added.

True, but it stops on most people after the first post has been validated :)

I remember Gorman making a thread about it somewhere, if you have under 10 posts you can't have hyperlinks in your signature and you need a Moderator to approve your comments.
