Help - Division Download

Hello,

Just wondered if someone can help me, i got a free copy of the division with my new laptop, but for the life of me i cannot figure out how to download the flipping thing! i activated the code given to me by PCS, i then received an email that the code had been redeemed to my Uplay account, but i cant seem to find it on my account, if i go to buy the game and try applying the code that doesnt work.

I am not sure if the code has been used, or i am doing something wrong, can anyone suggest anything?

Is your uplay account the same email as the one you used to register the code? That might be the reason why? uplay are frustrating the way they deal with these things in my opinion.

Bugger! No the code was sent to a different account from PCS so i used that to register the code, is there anything i can do?

No they wont if the game has been registered against an email address I don't think they'll change it (unless policy has changed in the last few weeks) but you can use the new email to login to uplay and actually play the game. It will just mean a different uplay login.

But it actually has linked the redemption to my Uplay account, so if I create a new account will it work??

The redemption is linked to your current account? In that case it should appear in your uplay game view window. If you can't see it - get in touch with ubisoft support because you should be able to. Sorry I'd misunderstood.

Yeah I think that's the case. The email I got said the code has been redeemed to (Ubisoft user name) so that should be right then? Hmm it's definently not there. I wil have to look when I get home, as I couldn't find any contact info on the site. Cheers.

I had Uplay accounts on 2 email addresses due to the fact that password reminder from game log in doesn't work, so I had to make a new account with my alternative email. I had been using my gmail account for months, but while playing Far Cry Primal it suddenly stopped working and I found that all my Ubisoft games had disappeared from my account. It turned out that they were now all on my original Outlook registered account, which I eventually found I was able to find out the password for from the main Ubisoft site.
So you might get trouble from playing games from either of two accounts.

Ubisoft customer service took about 7 working days to respond to my ticket, but when they did they were very helpful.

Thanks for the replies everyone. When I opened the Uplay program last night I actually found it! So either I had been looking in the wrong place or it took a while to come through, sorry for wasting everyone's time :-/

Hi chaps - just to jump on a relevant thread - got my system today, I should have 2 Division keys, but can't see them anywhere in the package. Where should I be looking in your experience?
