Help to choose a monitor for RTX 3070

I'm just researching so much and not getting anywhere...

My budget can go up to around £600 if it's worth it.

I'm not really interested in ultra wide.

Main uses of my new build, which is coming Tuesday with a 5800x and a RTX 3070 are going to be gaming. Main is Warzone but I play a lot of other games like Tarkov etc.

Basically, do I go 1440 144hz? Do I go 1080 240hz? Oooor do I go over budget and go for a 1440 240hz?

Any advice appreciated. Thanks

Given the games you play and your budget, we should be able to get a 1440p 240Hz monitor in just about, might go slightly over, but gives you room to grow with a GPU upgrade.

There are basically 2 options:
