Help with spec.

I've been looking into getting a PC for both work and entertainment. My budget is around £1200. I'm looking for a machine that will be able to play current and future games like Fallout 4 and Metal Gear in high settings.I'm hoping to use my small HD tv that has one HDMI Input as a monitor and was wondering if the GPU would be compatible with this, or would it be better to get an actual computer monitor. Also would it be worth bumping up to an i7 like the one shown or just go for the i5 4690k?

The build is very good. You could save money by dropping to the i5 with very little effect on performance as you can drop to the 1600MHz RAM and a cheaper motherboard... with these savings you could afford that monitor or 2???

Thank you for the help :) I'll go for the i5 then and 8gb Ram if that will be sufficient for a few years. I'll just stick with using my TV as a monitor since my desk will get a bit cluttered with an extra monitor or two.
