Help with the new defiance and windows 10 and bluetooth

So I finally got my laptop...finally

I am trying to connect to a Bluetooth transmitter connect to 2 speakers. My phone can see the bluetooth device and connect to it but the laptop is searching for it for the past 1h ... how do i fix this ?

still cannot find a fix for it..any ideas why i cannot see bluetooth devices ?

Check that you have the Bluetooth driver installed.

Even with the Bluetooth driver installed for me it will see the things but not connect, it just says cant connect.

the driver is installed and the search continues..what is the problem here ?
