Hiya,

New member here.

Posted a question earlier and had a response then went to reply to the response for it to say something like 'approval needed from moderator' I look at my permissions and it states I can post replies.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Posts from new members are often auto-held for moderation. So you can post them but sometimes they won't be visible until a moderator approves them. I saw a post you did about fans and replied there - maybe that's the one you meant?

The moderators are volunteers but I'm sure they'll release your reply as soon as they get a moment.

It's not just new members, mine often get caught - probably because I post a lot of links to articles and reviews.

And yes we approve stuff when we see it, but sometimes that can take a while if we're busy.
