Home Office/Media build advice

Looking for some advice for a home office computer that will be good enough to do work on and watch Netflix etc

Must have/ be suitable for:
- Good wifi capability
- come with keyboard and mouse
- Powerpoint and website editing (not proffesional, but home use through go daddy etc).
- Windows 10 compatible (but I have a copy ready to install).

Budget: £400-500

I have an old illyama 1080 monitor (1ms) that i will use for it.

Any tips gratefully received, as I dont know whats required at the lower end of the scale
