Serious question but I've had my laptop since 2020 and I kid you not, the fan stays on 24/7 even during basic tasks it's blasting away.. Im hardly using any software beyond Chrome..

Does anyone know of any fancy software to control the fan?

When I unplug it, it's beautifully quiet...

These are my specs..

Have you serviced it since you've had it?

Fans react to heat, if it's not been serviced it will be heavily overheating

Have you cleaned out the paste on the system at all? Most laptops would need a good clean out and re-paste every now and again. This is fairly standard but goes doubly so for high performance laptops.
