how do i check if i'm overclocked?

Hi all, I've just received my new pc and it's the dogs dangly bits. I just wondered if there was any way of checking how overclocked the CPU is? I've looked in task manager but I think that just shows the default CPU speed.

Run prime 95 and use core temp to check the clock speed.

As keynes said, you will need to run something that with tax the CPU, since it will only go above the stock speed when required.
