How do you buy Liquid series service pack?

I expect you can do it via your online account, failing that you would just get in touch with PCS and ask for it.
I guess its annually? Could be every 2 years but seems an awful long time to go without any maintenance. I suppose it also depends on how much work you're going to do to it yourself.
