How do you configure UEFI so DVD drive is primary boot device? Cosomos IV

Hi, Am unfamiliar with UEFI and want to configure the DVD drive as primary boot for disk imaging etc.
However I can't see it listed in the bootable devices.

PC Specialist doesn't seem to provide any documentation or tutorial on this.

Options in boot devices are
- Samsung SSD (well, that must be what it is..)
- IP4 Realtek PCIe GBE Family controller
- IP6 Realtek PCIe GBE Family controller

Nothing about the DVD drive or USB devices...
