Nooooooo!!! :(
What is your budget? It looks unbalanced, the CPU is not as good as the gpu and the r9-290 runs pretty hot and noisy. Do you have a budget? Just for gaming?

Yes mainly for gameing budget is around £1000 mark. I was afirad of a noooo! responce lol Saying and adviser recomended this build I did ask him if i needed a better cpu he said this would run the GPU fine.

No, It is likely to bottleneck the gpu especially for more cpu intensive task. The CPU you have chosen is a budget choice when you don't plan to add a dedicated gpu. For your budget I would get the vanquish 230x in the review section, much more balanced build and at a discounted price

Have just Canceld my order, I am going to have to wait for my refund befor I can order the modle I want again. Out of intrest what CPU and cooling would run the 4GB AMD RADEON™ R9 290? Would a FX-9370 be up to the job? Also would spending an extra £200 make any noticeable diffrence or am I just better off sticking with the Vanquish 230XT?

The CPU cooler is just for the CPU not the graphics card, the r9-290 seems to run pretty hot and is noisy. You can check reviews online (reference cards). I wouldn't go with the fx-9370 either, I would try to check reviews on CPUs to make a more informative choice. For £1000 I would get the vanquish 230x for £1200 I would get an i5-4670 with the gtx 780.
