What do you mean? What's stopping you ordering? Is ther an error? A screenshot would help?

when it comes to ordering the pc it states what country i want it delivered to and the U.K is not listed any reason why?

Are you on the UK site? www.pcspecialist.co.uk?

If you're abroad, it will default you to that countries web site and apply local taxes.

Can you post the link to the page you took that screenshot from or the link to your configuration and we should be able to check from there?

The .co.uk site doesn't have that option as far as I can see on the few options I've tried so it could be a bug.

I think you may have chosen "Europe (country dependant)" as the delivery option? If you set the delivery to one of the UK choices it should be fine.

Just for visual clarification, you want one of the following choices (I didn't highlight Scottish highlands etc as am presuming you are in the general UK):
