How to remove HDMI plastic cover cap?

Hey guys.
I’m wanting to hook up my PS4 to my All in One PC. It’s a Samsung DP300A2A All in One.
So on the back of the monitor, it has an HDMI port but it is covered by a plastic cap
And it doesn’t pop off by hand and either my nail or cover will break is what it feels like lol.
How do I remove this cap?
I’m pretty sure my HDMI port is usable as it says it is on the manual and says HDMI on it. Also, under the cap, I can see what looks like the HDMI plugin all in tact.
So how do I go about this?
Thanks.

You may want to edit that pic so your windows product key isn't visible (e.g. MS Paint).

I've no idea about the port cover. The ones I'm used to just pull off and have a small handle sticking out to facilitate that. I take it you got this 2nd hand recently?
