Huge mistake, will pcspecialists be able to help?

Hi,

So as i was gutted about on a different thread, I have made a huge cock up on my order.

I collected my PC today and was over the moon to finally have it

After about 5 mins when i tried to conect to my wireless network it suddenly dawned on me. I hadn't got a wireless card.

This error must've happened because I had been playing with my spec so much and the final one just ad the standard LAN card...

So no internet for me!

Im gonna give pcspecialists a call tomorrow about this and see if they can fit one for me, obviously Im happy to pay any costs for this, anybody any thoughts on whether they would do this??

no problem :) Ring pcs in the morning and they will send you one through the post once you pay £16 plus delivery. You should receive it in on friday. Its real easy to install, all you do is install it to a pci slot and attach the antennas and windows will install the drivers for you. It comes with instructions as well :)

I know this does not help, but how do you have the computer already when you ordered it on the 14th/15th? lol

Zredarb seems to live quite close to us, cant see that being an issue at all.

Call us, get one sent out and or arrange to bring it in, its a 5 minute job.

Exact same thing happened to me :p Rang up on the day i recieved the pc, they sent one out the next day and i had it quickly :) Like somebody said, just push it into the slot and attac the antenners, and it'll do the rest for you :) Think it cost me £23 with delivery for the card :)
