Not sure what temperatures you will get for rendering, i game pretty heavily and its usually sitting about 79-85 which is about normal for laptops i just use it on a table but never had any issues with it slowing down or anything due to heat.

I have a can of compressed air and usually take the back off every month just to give it a clean and it does help, easy 5 minute job.
