I need a better PC

Hi Pcspecialist!

I love Pc games, but I have got a 6 years old computer. I have tried some new programs, and the result was...disappointing. I would like to buy a new config. What is my goal? I wanna play with the new Doom, Read Dead Redemption 2 and my favourite one... Killing Floor 2. ( it requires Nvidia Flex). I just need a good PC case and components in it, I have already a Win 8.1 PRO 64 bit. Oh, and a LG 43UM7400PLB LED HDR 4K Ultra HD TV. So, I try to build a very fast PC, because I hate to wait. I budget is about 1200-1700£, but I have got an another question? Do I have to pay so slow? E.G. 60£/m? Can I do it faster, pay bigger amounts? Thank you for your help!

Thanks for the help... (n)

I don't think that was called for to be honest. We are not employees here, we are merely volunteers and enthusiasts. If you want a quick response from PC Specialist themselves it's better to call.

A little patience, and a lot more class, can go a long way.

Yeah, but I thing you have already ordered from them, so you can tell me what is the situation with the credit.

They give you a PC, laptop, e.g. immediately and you have to pay monthly for it... e.g.
Total Charge For Credit:
£843.93
Balance Payable:
£2,345.76
Total Amount Payable (Inc. Deposit):
£2,360.93
So basically 844 for...

maybe you looked at pay later plan? yes you can repay your loan in year without 0% but this is rather with a financial company that pcs uses, but im sure you can pay more every time you want to

No I would like to pay it back ASAP, I won't like to pay more than necessary. So, I am gonna buy a Top PC and do "some" overtime, it will be hard, but I think it worth it.

If you want to purchase on finance, then usually you can't change the payment amounts. However, you can request a settlement figure and pay the remainder off in one lump.
You would not pay the interest for the remaining unused time.

If this is the option you choose to do, what I would recommend is that the money you get from the overtime and any extra you can save, you put this in a separate savings account so you can track it easier and less inclined to spend it.
Once the value you have in there matches your settlement figure you pay this to the finance company (by phone or their online portal - I think it's with Hitachi) and that would end the agreement.

This way you would only pay the Interest on the time you have used.

Please note:
That taking the computer on finance it's subject to you being approved for credit by the finance company and not PC Specialists.
Aditionally taking any finance agreement will effect your credit rating for future finance purchases, credit cards, loans or overdrafts. However, should you make all the monthly payments on time this can boost your credit rating in the long run and potentially result in you receiving a better (lower) apr% should you require it in the future.

I would like to pay weekly 150£, and with this method I pay back the whole amount about 12 weeks. Is this possible? So, in this case:
Price:
£1,748.00
Deposit:
£17.48
Total Amount of Credit:
£1,730.52

Thank you!

If you are taking finance I must urge you to read and understand the agreement fully.

As I said you usually cannot change the monthly payment value. It is set to whatever the finance company offer it to you as, it is based on your personal circumstances.
You can pay off early by requesting a settlement figure.

I will use the PC SLIMCINI listed above as an EXAMPLE. These figures may not be what you get!
Purchase price is £1654
Base required deposit is1% upfront, you can change this to suit you.
So this finance agreement is a 60 month contract. However, it has an initial 12 months of 0% interest, followed by a further 48 months where interest is charged.
Simply, you pay nothing for 12 months, then on the 12th/13th month a direct debit would come out for approx £53.28 every month for 48 months.

At any point during this 60 month period you can request a settlement figure and pay off the remaining balance minus any unused I interested. If you do this within the first 12 months then you pay no interest, only the £1654 - your initial deposit + £29.00 admin fee

If you were to not request the settlement figure and just pay the monthly instalments for the 60 months, the full value to pay would be £2,573.98. (Again based on an example)

So as my previous message mentioned.
If finance is the purchase option you choose to make and you wish you pay it off sooner.
Then you should save any extra money you get and pay it all off in one lump sum by requesting a settlement figure.

So I order the PC, I start to use it, meanwhile I collect 1654 Pounds, plus the admin fee about five months, and I request a settlement figure, pay the 1654 in one lump-sum, and that is all.

Pretty much, just don't forget there is an initial deposit to pay on order.
This starts at 1% of the£ 1654. You can increase this deposit % as high as you wish.

Just please read the finance agreement before you accept their offer and if there are any specific questions relating to your agreement you ask the finance company.

Thank you so much. I just opened an Easy Saver account, and put some money on it, so the next month I am gonna order the hardware and the end of the summer I will pay for it the full amount! :D
