From the majority of people on the forums they are normally Palit but to find out what they have instock when you are ordering you would have to phone up and ask.

If I recall correctly no matter what the manufacturer they still have to meet a minimum baseline of performence/optimization (that of the original card design) as per their contract with Nvidia/AMD, obviously could be wrong though. But as Fear said, giving them a call and asking is the best course of action.

When I did my research before I purchased mine, most people were saying these two are the best:
- MSI Twin Frozr II 560ti
- Gigabyte GTX 560 Ti SOC

While I couldn't get stock on these and I didn't wanted to wait for too long I went for the ASUS GTX560 DirectCU II and I am very happy with it. It even comes with metal casing rather than plastic one - nice touch to be honest. My main concern was, it may be too loud, as quite few people were saying on the forums. Nevertheless, I went for this model and quite happy have to say it is not loud at all, temps are great, all-in-all very pleased with it.
On my PSU can OC to 920mhz only, but after fitting 750W PSU it was stable at 950mhz without even making any other changes. So out-of-box nice OC.

Bottom line is, get as cheap as you can, differences are minimal these are all great cards regardless the brand :)
