In Testing

Ordered this pc to replace my current gaming comp which is failing (random freezes).
It has been in testing since the 7th oct and was just wondering if this was usual...or should i start getting twitchy..lol.
This will be the second comp i have bought from PCS and i have had not 1 problem
with the first,so decided to let them have a go building the new main gaming computer.
Hope it arrives before COD black ops hits the door mat

An absolute beast of a PC - should tear through Black Ops with ease.

PCS have been pretty busy lately with a lot of orders and people buying before the VAT increase in January.

That does seem a considerable period for testing though. Are there any notes attached to your order at all?

Might be worth making an inquiry via the official channels if you don't get a reply on here.

Should be well worth the wait though!

Apologies for the delay. There is an issue with the 6GB HDD controllers on the ASUS board (you have requested a dual boot configuration). We've been speaking to ASUS regarding the issue but as of yet we havn't got a solution. Aiden or Garn from our testing departmant will be calling you shortly (today) to discuss alternative solutions so we can dispatch your order ASAP.

Yeah, if it's been in testing that long, it's possibly cos something failed, as TomDWC said check the notes against your order.

Edit: PCS his comment just before I did, so what I said is pretty redundant now.
