had a look and I can't even see how the big fan will even seat on the side panel tried putting it in the yellow plugs but it doesn't fit very well and it will fall out as there's nothing stopping it as the screw's have nothing to hold onto.

also where will it plug into, any advice? I can see it will fit once I moved some of the wires out the way

edit: I found out what the wierd noise was, which I was suspecting to be the hard drive, it was a cable right next to the fan blade of the top left exhaust fan.. pretty annoyed about the cable management of my PC...

I have that case - the screws are longer than normal, black-coloured bolts and they inserted from the outside of the case. The fan on my case is connected via a standard MOLEX connector - it doesn't connect to the motherboard. It means you can control the speed or monitor the rpm but a fan that size spins slowly and makes very little noise.

yah, the screws I was given for the fan that wasn't included,
was picked up from the floor or something,

they aren't the right size which is why I can't seat the 220mm fan on the side panel as the head of the screws slip past the yellow rubber gromets,

I can't be bothered to ring up again and await new screws, just going to leave it now as taking alook inside my PC is depressing as I have to hum and ar over the cable management that sits ontop of my GPU and inside hard drive bays and *next to my exhaust fan erhm* I get angry an rant too much so prob best I don't go on.. thank you anyway +rep

This is what type of cable mangement you could achieve by putting some effort in http://i1015.photobucket.com/albums/af275/babyjarod/IMG_9670.jpg?t=1290672681
Also a picture of inside of your case would useful inside becuase there could be easy ways to improve your cable management, as well as pics showing the fan and its connectors as well as the picture of the side panel from both sides
The pic in the attachment shows you a 4 pin molex connector.

that is awesome I may give it ago, but I work 5 days a week and by the time I get home I just want to chill out an then on weekends I'm recovering from the week of grafting or out on the lash or someone is on the PC

I will try and do it though hmm I can even maybe move some of the components see if I can create more room, would give me back the 'I want to go home and play my PC' mindset

Cable management is a personal and subjective thing, all PC's are tied back enough to allow proper airflow and not impede the operation of fans etc.

As far as making it look pretty goes that is purely down to the case chosen by the customer.

If the case is a well thought out model that supports cable management and has particular runs then they will be used.

If the case is a basic model with no cable management features what so ever then the cables will be simply tied up out of the way.

well I don't think my air flow will be great with the cable management atm... mine was rushed through with all the other christmas orders, I didn't even have padding when I opened it and someone left a wire by a fan blade and I only found it hte other day as I was wondering what that noise was..

Interior padding for transport and what fans to remove or include are done on a machine by machine basis.
