Hi, im just dabbling around again with an order i should be making soon and i did stumble into a problem between the processors. I make a lot of you tube videos and use sony vegas 10 to render so i was wondering if it is actually worth going for the 3740 as it has a faster clock speed. The issue is, its not that much of a difference in clock speed and i was wondering does it make THAT much of a difference for the £100?
Most videos i render are in 720p quality and can go up to about 30 minutes long.
Also i might point out that im comparing this with the desktop i use atm which is the intel core i5 2600k (not overclocked) 3.5gz
The speed im getting is something like for ever 15 minute clip its about 30 mins to render and for ever 30 minutes its like up to an hour.
Wondering if anybody has any input on this?
