The BSOD Doctor
So you're saying that with your PC connected to your wireless router, whether by cable or WiFi, all others devices lose their Internet connection?

The first thing to do is check that your adapters (Ethernet and WiFi) are using DHCP and not static addressing....

1. Go to Settings > Network & Internet > WiFi
2. Click on Manage Known Networks, then click on the entry for your wireless network name and click the Properties button
3. In the IP Settings section at the bottom, click on the Edit button.
4. In the pull down selection box ensure that Automatic (DHCP) is selected and click Save

Now go through the same process for the Ethernet option.

Does that help?

Does your PC login in to network - password works etc?

Do you have any other device that connects via WIFI successfully?

using wired first and then WiFi :

Can you connect to the BT Hub - https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/learn-about-broadband/learn-about-the-bt-hub-manager

Does your PC appear as connected okay in settings on Hub Manager?

Are you connecting directly to hub or via something like TP link?

have you got both bull guard and windows firewalls on?

you should have only one on - use default windows setting on firewall.

Are there any warnings from the Windows security centre.

Also use Edge browser rather than Chrome to test.

on a side note that PSU is going to struggling long term.

1) Yes it does login

2) they all connect to the WiFi, the speed is slowed down by my pc. So all devices end up having slow Internet.

3) I have the same issue using WiFi and ethernet.

4) don't have bt hub can't connect to that link.

5) I only have Windows defender.

6) no warnings

7) it doesn't work on both Edge or chrome.

8) I upgraded that psu to 650

First things first, what speed internet do you have?

The first thing a new computer will do when you connect it to the internet is start downloading loads of updates.

If you have a fairly weak connection it may just be that it’s taking most of the bandwidth while it updates.

What router do you have? What make and model?

I have the standard broadband which give 13mbps

The router is the standard one from EE.

They sent me a new one to resolve the issue.

But still having same issue.

I reset my network. That didn't resolve it.

Then I reset my pc. That did not resolve it also.

Devices connected to internet will not be slowed down by the PC, if PC is not connected.

disconnect PC totally, turn it off, now what devices are you connecting to internet.

try and connect to your EE hub.

just saw your last post.

can you put up the FACTS on what happened since March.

when it was working and then not working.

When you reset the PC did you ask it to keep files and data?

As @Gavras says, we need to know every detail of what’s changed since March.

I would suggest downloading malwarebytes free and doing a full scan including root kits. My guess is you have something stealing bandwidth.

Are you running any torrent software on the PC?

All my devices work when the pc is turned off.

When I turn my pc on all devices have a slow connection to the Internet.

I have had this issue for a month.

What do I do after connecting to the ee hub

I did a complete wipe of my pc.

I don't think anything has changed since March.

I have full version of malware bytes.

I'll set it to do a full scan of the root kit.
