Ionico Control Center bugged

Hi, I have installed (and reinstalled multiple times) the provided update for Control Center program on my Ionico I have run into issues with the fan settings.

Down I have added picture of the settings and circled what I just can't move as it always picks up other points and many are just out of bounds and cannot even be touched. Plus for some reason the the GPU is just and infinite flatline. May I ask for a help solving this problem? Thank you.

Can you post your full specs from the order page? Remember to leave out your windows license key

Where did you source this version of control center?

That's really recent then, and you're on windows 11 are you?

Yes, completely up to date.
You'd need to contact PCS then and explain the issue to them, they're the only ones that can provide a fix.

It may be worth providing them a link back to that other thread as this does look like exactly the same issue.

Does seem weird though that the windows 10 image is dated 07/02/2024 as that won't have changed since you purchased it which would suggest that image is from a system that was only bought recently.

Sorry guys,

the specs you posted indicate that you have Windows 10, however the CC you attempted to install is Windows 11 version.

The issue is probably that. :)

EDIT: If you're on Windows 11, you'll need PCS, like @SpyderTracks suggested.

That was the original :) I bought it in 2021. Now am on Windows 11 :). Currently writing them an email.

Yes, I did understand it later. :ROFLMAO:

I had a similar issue after a Clean Install by fiddling with the versions, which I resolved by repeating the Clean Install.

It cost me nothing but 30-40 minutes of time but wait for PCS reply could be a better solution for you.
