Is F1 2012 worth getting for 120hz?

Hi guys,

I just received my Benq XL2411T and I'm looking at games that I may benefit from the 120hz and I notice that F1 2012 is only £8.50 on Steam at the moment. Now I have it for my xbox but surely it must be massively superior on a PC with a better graphics card and higher refresh rate? Or is it a bit of a shoddy console port?

Also, I have the xbox wireless racing wheel from like 2006 that's brilliant on the xbox, has anybody tried using one on the pc?

...Well at £8.50 its not like its gonna break the bank to find out, is it?

I say buy it! And if it all goes wrong blame me (alternatively if its awesome then praise my wisdom)

I bought it a few days ago & think it looks great. I tried and hated the 360 version because the graphics are horrible. I don't know if the 120hz screen will make a huge difference, but I would suggest you do what I did and download the demo first! Might try and join you for a game or two tonight on something if you are on (possibly F1 2012!).

I bought left 4 dead 2 last night as well... it had been looking at me for like 3 days. Did you get it as well? xD That's a good game to co-op on.

I'll probably go for F1, it's not bank breaking but all these little steam sales are definitely eroding my bank..

I know what you mean - I started collecting PC games during the last Steam sale & now I have far too many to get through. Starting with Far Cry 3 single player, F1 2012 for racing and Planetside 2 for online multiplayer.

Yes I have Left for Dead 2, it's pretty good as a single player game, will be a great co-op - I'm up for that now and again.
