Is pc specialist extremely busy?

Just wanting clarification as i purchased my computer 17 days ago (13 working days) and am still in the pre-production stage. There isn't any notificatiosn on missing parts and ive grown rather impatient now.

I believe they have been busy.
However you might want to give them a call, to see if there is any particular holdup (you'll get a much faster response from phoning than emailing)

Sounds like a component isn't in stock As suggested by Rakk, give them a ring to see what's the case

If it's not that a component is not in stock then that is pretty weird. I ordered my pc 8 days ago (there has been 5 working days since) and I got an email yesterday morning saying my pc is built and is being tested, so if there hasn't been any problems with your order I dont know why they did mine before yours :/

Out of interest, could someone give me an idea of when my pc will arrive? Considering it went into the testing and configuring stage yesterday. When I ordered the pc they reckoned it would be next tuesday.

Thanks for the replies. My dad phoned in and found out that a part was missing and that it should be in on friday(today). Not sure why it didnt show up on the site though as we could have tried to order another part instead. Also i'm using a different account from the one which we ordered from. Thanks anyway.

If it has started testing, thats a couple of days. As soon as it's done testing it will be sent out ASAP after that providing no problems are picked up. No reason why you shouldn't have it for next monday/tuesday
