Have I picked a good spec?
Mainly normal day to day use with some go pro editing and a little xbox one streaming?

Is this suitable to comfortably perform these tasks with ease??

The i5 will out preform the AMD CPU at most tasks and the 960 is much better. If this is too expensive then drop the 8GB of RAM as it can be easily upgraded later.

Yep, the 960 can manage any gaming really, not on the highest settings, to give you an idea the 960 is a bit more powerful than the graphics card in an xbox one
