You will probably only need 16GB of RAM depending on what you are using the computer for.

And the 1080 is overkill for anything not 144hz and above really.

Graphic intensive gaming mainly...
So its best to get the 120hz then...what about the 4k panel...and can i downgrade the resolution on it if the game needs to be run on ultra without effecting the quality...
