I was wondering if the computer I am thinking of ordering (with the following specs), will be able to run games like skyrim (etc,etc) on decent settings.

Just to point out the 6 core CPU is of no extra benefit to games than a 4 core so whatever build you go for either save the cash or put it towards the super quiet cooler to help keep the CPU a little cooler, anyway another build for you to have a look at so unless anyone comes up with anything better either go with this or the build vanthus posted above as the HD7770 is not going to run skyrim anywhere near as good as the HD7850 even a GTX560 will give you better performance.
