It's not good - don't buy it, you can do much better, probably for cheaper too. :)

You shouldn't buy that i9 - or any of those CPUs in that PCS configurator. They're intended for workstation uses, not really gaming and streaming, and there are better options for gaming and streaming from both Intel and AMD. The CPUs with the X299 motherboards are more expensive and not as good for gaming. Also, new releases from both Intel and AMD expected this month will make them completely obsolete.

Don't buy 2 graphics cards. You don't need them for 2 monitors, just 1 GPU will do. And multi GPU gaming is not well supported. A lot of modern games don't get any benefit from multiple GPUs. Nvidia have been scaling back their support for "SLI".

The case is not good for airflow, you'll want a better CPU cooler with a high end Intel CPU, the SSD is small and slow.

Which monitor do you game on? What resolution and refresh rate?

What monitor are you gaming on, what resolution and refresh rate? If you're unsure, what make and model?

What's your max budget?

i have a dell monitor 1920 by 1080 so id like another monitor with same res.
1 thing i defietly want is 16 gb ram, a ssd and regular hdd.
my budget is 3,000- 3,500

do you use any messenger or anything?

So that’s the resolution, what’s the refresh rate? Or make and model if you’re unsure.

There’s absolutely no need to spend so much on a 1080p build, more like 1k would max it out. There’s zero benefit to spending more.

If you want a higher spec, then you’d need to upgrade your monitor as that is the major bottleneck.

SpyderTracks

also i hate liquid coolers, awkward qnd a pain if you wanna upgrade a part
? There are closed loop coolers and open loop coolers, closed loops are maintenance free and take up less space than an air cooler, they're also much more efficient.

yeah but i would know how to set them up.
i dont no what the refresh rate is, im not at home atm.
wouldnt 1,000 be a budget pc? i want a gaming pc that can handle games like, OW, Fornite, a mic, etc and stream aswel. do you use any messenger?

There is not setup. That’s the point. It’s a closed loop cooler, it’s all self contained.

You realise these PC’s come fully built do you?

For 1080p, spending over £1000 won’t make any difference. 1080p is a dead resolution. 1440p 144hz is the main one now with top end being 4K 144hz.

A 2080ti won’t provide any benefit over a GTX1650 at 1080p because the card just isn’t needed to run 1080p. It’s not a case that more expensive equals better, different parts are suited for different uses.

We don’t use messenger, stick to the forum so others can advise also.

The R7 3700x is very good for streaming thanks to its 8 cores and Simultaneous Multithreading (which Intel's i7s used to have, where they called it hyperthreading, but the 9700k does not.

The RX 5700 is more powerful than the RTX 2060, and is good for 1440p gaming.

I also tweaked RAM and storage to be a bit better value/performance/convenience

550W PSU to allow more freedom for future upgrades

I added the least expensive 240mm cooler. If you don't want RGB, the COOLERMASTER MASTERLIQUID LITE 240 is the alternative. If you don't want a water cooler, the NOCTUA NH-U14S FAN CPU COOLER is a very good air cooler.

The CORSAIR CARBIDE SERIES™ 275R TEMPERED GLASS GAMING CASE is okay, but I would suggest a case with better airflow ideally. The Fractal Focus G is a good budget range case.

Don't buy those 2 monitors, they are both 1080p - you already own 1 1080p monitor (that Dell monitor you mentioned). I've added a 1440p 144hz Freesync monitor. There are plenty of other options on the market, one or two cheaper (though most more expensive). There are a few options here:
Pricing may vary depending on currency/retailer.

You probably don't need to worry about having 2 HDMI ports. Your new monitor can connect by Display Port. If you connect your old monitor by HDMI, and then (for example) buy another HDMI monitor in the future, there are DisplayPort to HDMI adapter cables for ~£5 on Amazon. The RX 5700 will usually have 1 HDMI and 2 DP outputs, so it's quite versatile.

No worries :)

Oh, if you're not using wifi, drop the wifi card and save a bit of cash + room in the case. If you are using wifi, go with the Intel AX200 one for ~20€ as it has a lot more features for a fairly low price.

I suggested the spec to match-ish the price of the most recent one you posted. You could spend a bit more on a few things if you wanted though, e.g. the TXm PSU as it is better quality and more efficient.

do i install the OS on the ssd or HDD? i think SSD?
Correct, OS on the SSD. Install programs and your favourite / most played games on the SSD.

it is easy to move games between an HDD and SSD (you can do it through Steam for instance) so if you stop playing a game but do not want to uninstall it altogether, you can just switch it over to the HDD and make room on the SSD for a different game.

so this ok?
Looks okay to me.
Drop the sound card. And I would add in 2 extra case fans, as the 275R is not brilliant for airflow and only comes with 1 fan. Assuming you really want that case.
Don't buy 2 of those monitors. No need for your 2nd monitor to be 144hz as well. You are only gaming on 1 at a time! :) If you want a 2nd 1440p monitor, go with the IIYAMA PROLITE B2791QSU-B1
