It keeps getting worse

Alright, not going to lie, the last 2-3 weeks have been a complete pain due to my laptop having constant problems.
Problem one, when I lift the laptop, I hear something rattling inside, as if a component is loose. Very concerned as I think my 6 month old laptop is beginning to degrade.
Problem two, suspected faulty battery. When I play high power games (crysis 2, Borderlands 2, etc.) the laptop shuts itself down after around 7% battery loss. It is not overheating, as the fans aren't completely hot and I've tried everything to make sure it has sufficient air space.
Problem three, faulty GPU(?). I installed the latest 13.1 drivers for my 7970m. Worked a charm for a few days, then I got two BSOD's in a row, which meant I had to system restore to before I installed the drivers.
Problem four, keyboard LED's. The Yellow/Pink/White colours don't show up on my backlit keyboard.
Problem five, degraded performance. Since my laptop is a "gaming" laptop, I have installed plenty of games, and I know this slows down computers when there are too many installed. The problem is, I have a good processor and HDD, with at least 570GB left out of 1TB. It takes longer to start up, longer to open programs, it is prone to crashing, etc.

Sorry, but I have had problems with this laptop since day one, and I didn't mind since it wasn't too bad, but now it's getting worse and worse, and I fear one day my laptop just won't work. I need some serious help with this, as I am concerned that my money has practically been lost. I hate to sound miserable, but the problems keep coming up every day and I can't even play most games due to the laptop's possible faulty componens. Thanks.

To be honest based on the range of problems and the age of the laptop I would suggest contacting PCS direct and seeking their advice and a possible RMA for some of the situations you are describing.
If you are still in warranty this I feel is the best way forward and some of the issues you are describing could be due to one issue causing a knock on issue in other areas.

I really think you need to get in touch with PCS through the official channels for this now, maybe an RMA will be required, as we can't really help with some of the problems you describe on a forum.
