@CaiAsh do you want advice? If you could include the link from your order page (its just at the bottom of the format to forums page you got the spec from)

If so, what you using it for? What did the above come to pricewise and what was your budget?

I'm not sure if I'm looking for advice to be honest! It's a big upgrade for me, not top of the range by any standards but a hell of a lot better than I'm used to. I'm using it for gaming, my main game is Rocket League so it can definitely run that lol. Also ESO and will be playing stuff like Cyberpunk on it. It came to £891, and that was my budget basically.

May I ask what you're using it for and what monitor you've got?
Of course! I'm using it for gaming, my main game is Rocket League and also things like ESO and Cyberpunk when that comes out. My moniter is a rubbish old TV, I'll be getting a proper gaming monitor in the near future. 144hz etc

Not an optimal build, could do with a better case, primary drive and PSU. Would do a decent job at 1080p gaming sure. Money could have been saved by going with the stock AMD fan
Oh okay, what's wrong with the case? And the primary drive and PSU? Yeah I'm only planning on 1080p :)

This spec, very slightly more, would give you a much better case, a faster drive and a PSU capable of supporting much higher levels of graphics card in future (for example, if you wanted to make the jump to 1440p gaming or even to 4k). Most of them was paid for by lowering the GPU from the 2060...the 1660S is plenty for 1080p gaming...only real need for the 2060 would be if using Flight Sims:

For the extra twenny quid this is a much better build. I'd consider making a few changes OP if your build is still in pre production.

I'm not sure I understand why this is a better build in some ways. So; case = better airflow. Different SSD? Which is better somehow? And a bigger PSU for some reason? I'm probably not going to upgrade it anytime soon. And if I was planning for upgrades in the future surely I should keep the better GPU? Sorry if I'm not understanding you very well!

How about if I could put an extra bit of money in, I could keep the 2060, get the bigger PSU and case and better SSD? But for me the PSU seems kinda silly, nearly £100 on extra power I'm not gunna use

We love you Ukraine
I’ll just say, the first thing you’ll want to upgrade is the gpu in a couple of years. You may say you’ll never want to upgrade but I guarantee you will when your games won’t run and look awful.
