You can blame the credit card companies for this, they always add a charge, some places add an amount extra to everything (cash, debit card, credit card) to cover the costs, some just add it to the credit card transactions so you have the cheaper choice if you want.

A simple explanation.
All companies who accept credit cards pass this charge onto customers. Most will just add this cost into the price of the product. However when done this way it means all customers, even those paying by debit card or other means pay for this cost. We don’t believe that customers who do not use a credit card should subsidise those that do.
So in summary, if you pay by credit card you pay the extra surcharge that the card companies charge us. If you don’t use a credit card then you don’t get charged a surcharge.

Haha you akgnowledge he has a question yet you still fail to answer :p

Also I believe you can send PCS some fans to put in, or may be able to arrange for them to stick extra fans in by talking to one fo the sales advisors on phoen or chat.

i ll get a 2nd gtx590 in the future do u think my current cooling system is enough or its worth getting more fan put in?

I would add extra 3 fans. Two at the front for intake and one at the rear for exhaust, and that should be enough.

If you stick a second 590 in your going to want to change the motherboard anyway as this only supports 8x/8x which means each gpu on each 590 is only recieveing x4.

Currently as a single card your getting x16 and so each gpu gets x8/x8 which is fine, but x4 on each gpu will significantly decrease performance.

They will work on the motherboard hence no error, I cant really suggest any boards myself as I dont really know enough, as I am just running two 580's. If you were runnign one x16 slot and one x8, so your second card was brought down to x4 x4 then it wouldnt be too much of a problem, you would drop possibly around 10% performance over x16/x16 however, I do not know how this would affect x8/x8 on two dual gpu cards. I doubt its goign to be a linear falloff.

Possibly look at the maximus board, (I think thats what its called) I believe this supports x16/x16/x8 but I may be totally wrong on this.
