Just ordered this spec, anyone think it's good? Been playing around with my spec for a while now & I think this one is pretty good

Just a question: Will this ram work with everything else in the computer (motherboard etc.)

and

Will I be able to play WoW, Skyrim etc. on at least high detail?

Ty!

Yes, the RAM will work perfectly fine, though unless you're planning on overclocking you won't really see any difference between it and the 1333MHz RAM, so you could easily drop down to that.

as Rak stated above, the RAM will work perfectly.

WoW will run exceptionally well, you will be able to raid in 1080p maxed settings (inc. shadows) at around 40+ FPS depending on encounter and spell floods, and you can play Skyrim maxed (ultra presets, 8x AA 16x AF) at 1080p with FPS averaging 40, dipping down to 30 in areas with dynamic volumetric lighting (afaik only present inside houses and dungeons, not on the world map), and peaking well over 60 in enclosed dungeons.

Basically a perfect spec with plenty of future potential. I doubt you will need to upgrade it for a while, and when the time comes a GPU upgrade should be sufficient.

If you find yourself with a bit of extra cash to spend, i would recommend an upgrade to a 6870 / 6950 depending on how much you are willing to spend.

You don't know how good that makes me feel now, makes all those months of research worthwhile now :p

Thanks for the replies guys
