Just ordered new pc

hi I just ordered a new pc yesterday and to be honest I feel kinda scared because my last experience with a pc company was reaally bad, so I want to know if pc specialist will actually have good communication and help me if I have any problems. anyway in case anyone wants to know, my specs are:

Been on forums a while I havent seen a issue yet that pcs havent resolved through a rma or a refund just have the silver warrenty as its only £5 and covers collection of the pc for a year rathen then a month just note they are exstremely busy and takes a while to get through on phones or for a reply to emails

ok that's fine thanks, I was just worried because with alphasync my warranty meant nothing to them and they damaged my pc instead

oh thats cool from looking at that thread and asking my friends that got 3060s, it might take around a few weeks to a month hopefully unless they end up struggling even more to find 3060s
