Not as yet but I'm planning on putting 1 or 2 extra on the side panel to cool the GPU a bit more :)

Idle temps on my GTX470 are around the low to mid 40s and around 70-90 on load which is fine but I just want it a bit cooler :)

The load temps are technically fine and haven't increased any since I've had the rig but I can see it getting hotter in time so might as well spend a few quid to get the temps down a little. I'm tempted to replace my front fan too with a more powerful one.

Won't hurt. :) it's probably the cheapest and most effective upgrade you can do for the money involved

Hey,
Sorry about the delay, been working far too much, this is the first time in 2 days I'm been on my PC properly! :S

Anyways, as for fans,
I'm looking at ordering a couple of these 120mm fans HERE. I know you asked for 140s, but these look to be cracking fans, extremely quiet and some of the highest airflow figures I've seen on 120mms :) Plus with 120mm fans you can fit more in the case ;)

You could do it quite easily :) Just check on youtube for tutorial videos, its actually very straight forward, just mount and screw the fan in where you want and plug the cable into a spare molex connector which you should have a few off hidden in your empty drive bays and you're good to go!
Oh and you might want to get some filter material if you're putting extra fans on the side panels or you can get purpose built ones like THIS that are magnetised and you can just stick on the outside of your case, or with that one as it has screw holes you could put inside between the case and the fan :)
