I would go for a bigger monitor to make better use of you GPU.
You could have got a pre-overclocked system with those components.
The Samsung PM961 m.2 drive is faster and cheaper than the WD equivalent. Also, the HDD is quite expensive and a standard one will be as good.
The cooler you have selected is noisy and overkill if not overclocking. If going for overclock, get the version with the quiet fans. If not, the Noctua is much quieter and just as good for standard use.
 
I went for the Ultima X01 so cant change the specs to much, but I think the things you mentioned kind of balance out as I think you get this computer at about 200 pounds less. Thanks for the advice on the monitor though will have a look at others.

I didn't realise it was the spec of the Ultima. It is very good value for money so a good choice there. You can easily swap the fans out a ta later date should you find them too noisy, that is what I did with mine.
