You need to make a few changes to balance that build.

make the psu an RMx, get the H115i cooler and ideally, change the 2TB M.2 to a 500gb 980 and a 1TB 970/980/cuda.

Also, i recommend a much better case, however this can be changed later and the case pcs have, change all the time.

other than that, a nice powerful 4k build

64Gb of RAM seems high for gaming. Perhaps less higher speed RAM would be better. Also, you could have 2 off M.2 drives - 512GB for OS and programmes and 1 TB (or 2) for games. Then if you need to do a clean reinstall of Windows, you don’t need to download the games again. I agree on the case, cooler and PSU.

work out total cost of your tech kit, then work out total cost of the case.

The case being one of the critical items of a high end build.

as above cooling.

As it stands it’s almost a small oven.

With its dual chamber design, the 680x is one of the best cases for airflow, and can fit the 115i platinum. A very good case, not just for the RGB!
