Keyboard doesn't work after bios update

Hi guys, today I update the bios but after that keyboard doesn't work. The RGB works but the keyboard doesn't. Neither before the boot, I cannot access bios or uefi option. There is another problem with the scrolling. These are 2 videos.

Then your best option is to phone PCS and ask for their assistance. There's really not much we can do on here I'm afraid.

They send me a modified BIOS and it resolved all problems with the keyboard and the scrolling.

I'd still be interested to know why you updated the BIOS in the first place...

Because the fan's GPU do not work properly. It's a problem known by PCS. With the new BIOS it works perfectly.
