Hello there. I'm looking for a Gaming pc within the region of £700-800, I want it to play Games like WoW, Battlefield, Call of duty with high framerates. I really have no clue on what specs to have configure as i've never had much knowledge on a gaming pc before. If someone could kindly help me with configuring a spec i would be grateful. :) Edited this post from the last one with a new budget and spec, if someone could re configure a pc for me it would be great. Looking for a decent gaming keyboard aswell.

Thank you !

Thanks for such a quick reply Could you go into detail about the Spec you've posted? I'm not really knowledgable on computer parts and how they help the Pc run. also for the network facilities you've put a wireless card holder, Will it still have an Ethernet port? To my knowledge it's faster with cable internet.

I didn't mean to put a wireless card, my mistake. The GTX 770 will max most games at high/ultra settings and yes you can connect via an Ethernet cable.

In terms of recording, and editing software, will this spec help the software run to it's full potential? Thanks again :)

Yes, the i5 should work well. An i7 will be better but that means choosing a cheaper gpu.

Would choosing a different Gpu Effect the performance drastically?

It depends on the gpu you choose. On the first post you indicated it is for gaming, if it not then just edit your first post so you can get better feedback. The GTX 770 is one of the best GPUs you can get and for playing very demanding games at high settings it is a good choice.

I will go with your original configuration then. It seems like it will be able to handle high intensity games with no hassle. Thanks for your help :)

I was looking for a recommended " Gaming keyboard" :)

It depends on what your budget is. I wouldn't recommend spending £100 on a keyboard if you need to compromise on other components. Just google gaming keyboards and see how much you are able to spend.

Okay sorry to be a pain, but I keep having to change my budget! I'm looking for a Gaming PC that can handle recording editing software, and play games like WoW and call of duty to a high frame rate and graphics, also I'm paying for it on finance so in the configuration could you add a razor anasi keyboard! I understand Keynes has done a lot of quotes for me so sorry for being a pain:p my budget is around 750-800! Cheers!

And as has been vaguely mentioned before I wouldn't go for spending 10%+ of your budget on a keyboard, get a cheaper keyboard until you save up for a new keyboard, lot easier and cheaper to replace keyboards than other components!
If you spend that much on the keyboard other things will have to be compromised.

Ah I see. Maybe I should just wait it out for a new one and focus on getting the right components! Thanks for you're reply man. :)

Is a lower memory hardrive better for gaming?

I'm trying to configure a pc and I've spoken to someone who knows a lot about computers, and he seems to think a lower memory hardrive is better for gaming? Please let me know if this is true
