O.k I'm going to type this without correcing all the buton misses!! This is a constant problem with my keyboad on my laptop, suely this cant b nomal? Is anyone else havin issues with the keyboard or is just me? This is what happens every time I try and type with my Votex3. I'm sick of it not recognising certain keys. It's o.k for gaming, but when I'm trying to type it keeps missing letters out :( Do I ned to eturn it under warenty? As you can se r and e sem to be the worst.

O.K that is what happens every time I'm typing a letter using the keyboard on my laptop, it's seems especially bad when using the same letter twice in a row. Could it be a setting or driver issue or are my keys just not working properly?

Please feedback if anyone else is having the same issue with their Vortex keyboard too, or is mine broke? :(

I would suggest getting in touch with PCS could just be a dodgy keyboard.

The keyboard is pretty easy to change.

If I'm right (and I might not be) the keyboard is connected via a plastic strip which is clamped/clipped into place.

See here: http://www.laptoprepair101.com/wp-images/damaged-connector/fix-broken-keyboard-connector-02.jpg

Sometimes this can be fitted poorly and would explain the dodgy keys. If you're confident enough, you could detach the keyboard via the screws underneath the laptop, it should just pop out, and you can re-fit it to see if this fixes the problem. I'm not really sure with the Vortex though, so maybe best to just do as CEUOTC says and give PCS a call :)
