Lafité battery issues

I just got my Lafité laptop, and have a few issues with battery. When laptop is not pluged, it says unknown remaining. When i plug it in it says no battery detected. And the battery indicator switches color between orange and white all the time. Is there a way to fix it without sending laptop back, uni starts soon here in Croatia. Also, I would have to pay for delivery if I have to send it back.

Your best option would be to call or email PCS, they usually respond within 48 hours to emails, although with the weekend coming up it will be a bit longer.

I really hope it can be resolved without sending it back :/ Everything else works perfectly.

If you feel comfortable, may be worth checking the connection of the battery inside the case. If not, unfortunately an RMA would be the best bet.
