Lafité Touchpad not working

Hi all,
I have had the laptop for a few days and the touchpad worked when I first turned it on. It was also working after I clean installed windows 10 (deleting all partitions) however now it doesn't seem to be recognising the touchpad at all.
I have read that sometimes there is a shortcut to deactivate it however I have tried all the function keys and none of them seem to work. The welcome book I received suggested it was Fn F1 but that just puts the laptop into sleep.
I have downloaded all the drivers from the PCSpecialist website (could that be what caused it to stop?)

It's usually double tapping on a section of the touchpad that enables and disables it, usually highlighted by the sticker that's on it when you receive it.

Can you upload a picture of the touchpad?

Also, after reinstall, have you installed the management driver as that's what enables the function keys?

You wouldn't install drivers from your PCS account as they will be out of date, that may be what's caused the issue. You allow windows update to install all drivers.

Can you also upload a screenshot of your windows update page including optional drivers?

If you check under the touchpad entry within settings is there any option to disable the touchpad when a mouse is connected?

My function keys are working but none of them seem to be for touchpad.

I have also noticed that the sound doesn't work. either through the laptop or with speakers plugged in.

Just done a clean windows install deleting all partitions and it's still not working.

On my older Lafite, Fn+F1 enables/disables the touchpad.
