Lafite II Keyboard Layout

So I'm strongly considering buying the Lafite II. If the fan noise or trackpad are that troublesome I could always return it after all.
That only leaves one concern, currently the keyboard is only offered in UK layout. I'm not from the UK I don't use the UK layout so that is a dealbreaker, and a pretty silly one at that. Because I'd of course pay the 20 euros charged for swapping the keyboard like offered with other laptops. So the question is, is there ever going to be a USA keyboard option? I do really want a skylake processor so the Lafite I is not an option.

Another possibility I might be able to live with is if the keys are reasonably easy to swap around yourself. I actually use the dvorak layout not qwerty, so I type blind. So really I'd like to do this in the first place. However especially if this is not possible. It's annoying I can't reference the actual keys to peek and see where a rarely used symbol is at. (I can convert qwerty to dvorak key positions in my head for most base keys (without shift)). So I really hope someone can tell me these keys are easy to remove and if not that PCS at the very least is working on offering a backlit USA keyboard.

Really hope to order this laptop. My Optimus III is due for an upgrade.

You would hope that if the initial Lafitte had a US keyboard that the second will as well but the best bet would be to call or email PCS. I understand it being a dealbreaker though, I was looking at this for a very portable second laptop but I have got used to the German keyboard and decided against the Lafite as it was not offered.

Just found out the UK layout doesn't just swap symbols. It actually differs physically too. For example moving the [ \ | ] key I'm used to seeing right above my 'Enter' key. Not next to the 'Z' key. That means as someone who actually uses that key quite a bit no amount of removability of the keys could save me from the UK layout.

I sent PCS an email. Surprised I'm still the only one here so eager to get Lafite II!

Language is a wonderful thing, I really enjoyed my applied linguistics courses, and words like should can had a multitude of meanings.
