Lag Or Hardware issue?

Hey,

I started to experience this about a week ago...Basically, in every game I play sport/action/FPS i get this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sPA-eUvjNJY&feature=youtu.be. Now i've been told it may be a hardware issue could anyone confirm this?

First of all what spec is your system has without knowing this it would be hard to pinpoint an issue

Also, what game are you playing

It's Guild Wars 2 I believe. Is it purely in online games or is it the same in single player?

Like terhil said, what are your specs? How long have you had your computer? Have you tried turning settings down a bit? There could be something set on high that your GPU can't handle. Like I said, having specs would help

Since last week i have noticed a certain "lagging" in GW2 when I spin my camera or when there are explosions.

I get the feeling that Anet changed something in a minipatch in the last week of November that was undocumented, as before that it ran perfectly. However after installing the newest Nvidia beta drivers (310.64) the problem seems resolved, perhaps give that a try.
