Lag spikes on new pc

Just got my new pc, everything working fine apart from that when i go on fortnite i receive lag spikes but i am on 0-15 ping, i have not tried any other game, i also tried uninstalling the game but i still don't know what to do

Is that your internet connection ping or game server ping as they’re two entirely different things.

the ping i am getting on the game is 0-15 so i guess server ? But i only got my pc yesterday and the pc i was using before never had a problem with these lag spikes

is says it at the top, and the red line that keeps going across is what makes me lag

These are my specs, and do you mean an internet speed test ?

Do you have a network cable to hand that you could plug into your PC and router and redo the speed test? You shouldn't be getting a much higher upload than download speed.

You may need to call your ISP.
