Hey

I'm thinking of getting a gaming laptop. It won't need to be top spec as I'll probably mainly use it for guild wars 2.

I was considering this but thought I might be able to get a better value / better spec on here. Any thoughts? I'd like to spend around 800 I think.

Pascal and Polaris for laptops could be great, though there isn't even really a vague ETA. GTX 1080M in late July. Maybe. And the 1080M would probably cost as much on its own as the OP's entire budget, so the wait for cheaper cards would be longer.

I guess it depends if the OP needs a laptop within the next 2-3 months or not
