hello, can someone give a laptop spec maximum £400...with good screen and webcam, also its just for general use but also needs to be a bit fast

I think £400 is a little tight to be honest, the cheapest you will get (from here anyway) is about £430-£450 or their abouts, even then it's not going to be brilliant. What do you intend using it for?

I think you will need to find an extra £50 or so to get a laptop from here. For a low spec laptop you would probably be better off looking on the highstreet to be honest, they will be utterly rubbish in ever possible way. However if you really can;t get more then £400 then it might be your only option im afraid.

A budget of up to £450 would get you this...
